Customs information

For most countries, import tax and duties will be imposed on customers with order values exceeding $1,000. Please note, this varies from country to country and it is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for any relevant import taxes and duties.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking link immediately. Please note, however, the tracking link will only activate when your order clears customs in your country, which is usually 3-5 business days days after your order is placed.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipping from one of our international warehouses in either Australia or New Zealand. 

Processing times

The approximate timelines are as follows:

- All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)

- Orders arrive in your country after another 24-48 hours

- Processing by final mile carrier takes 1-2 days

- Final mile delivery is approx. 3-7 days depending on where you live
